Makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan (yes, the one who taught us the secrets behind a daytime smoky eye) used two products from mark. (Hale is the face of the brand): Lipclick Lipstick in Whiney ($11, avon.com) with Gloss Gorgeous Stain in Showy Flamboyante ($11, avon.com) on top. Yes, you read that correctly. A stain on top of a lipstick—not something we’ve ever tried before but looking at Hale, we can see that it gives a hazy-but-intense effect that’s hard to describe but lovely to look at. It’s now on our list of things to try immediately.
