We’ve already chatted about how last night at the People’s Choice Awards 2016 was the night for subtle statement eyes and neutral lips (you can catch our recap of the trend here!), but two of our favorite Latinas, reality TV star Christina Milian and Fifth Harmony’s Camila Cabello, wore mega eye looks that were just slightly different from what we saw elsewhere on the red carpet. And you’re going to want to copy them, stat. Let’s break them down, shall we?

Soft and Defined:
The Christina Milian Turned Up star’s eye makeup was multifaceted. First, the brows: Lightly defined, but completely filled in and even extended a bit, they set the stage for the rest of the eye makeup. Her eyes were smudged with purple liner, with a bit reaching up around her crease, while the lids were in a pale lilac. (These shades, by the way, played up the color on her gown.) Topping the entire thing? Bueno false lashes, of course. In all, Milian’s eye makeup complemented the slight frost on her cheeks and lips.

Graphic and Edgy:
The Fifth Harmony singer went way bold—but only with her eyes. A sharp sweep of black eyeshadow started mid-crease and extended outward in an exaggerated wing. (Find one of our favorite—easiest!—hacks to getting a perfect winged look, here.) The bottom lash line, meanwhile, was more demure, with just a dash of liner. A pale shadow was the only other color on the eyes and provided a sharp contrast to the wing. Finishing the look: loads of lashes and a perfect brow.
